MICOD with funding from GAPP are implementing a project to improve on citizens participation in health and education sector service delivery, under this project a baseline line survey was conducted to generate baseline performance indicators for reference and assessment of performance during project implementation and lay a basis for impact assessment on project community areas . The dissemination of the findings was done on 27th February 2018 at kingstoneA guest house Bweyale town council.
