MICOD with funding from GAPP are implementing a project " to strengthen citizens participation in health and education service delivery " . Under this project MICOD conducted a two days training of community resource monitors(CRMS) at New Doral guest house in Bweyale town on 15th and 16th march 2018. MICOD with funding from GAPP are implementing a project to improve on citizens participation in health and education sector service delivery, under this project a baseline line survey was conducted to generate baseline performance indicators for reference and assessment of performance  during project implementation and lay a basis for impact assessment on project community areas . The dissemination of the findings was done on 27th February 2018 at kingstoneA guest house Bweyale town council. The dissemination of the baseline survey had the following findings; it revealed that local government were trying to adhere to the government guidelines for effective citizens participation. the study noted that 93% of the communities knew the origin of the refugees and migrants  Host communities had different views about the refugees. it was revealed that majority of the communities knew refugees to have come over a year ago(33.3%) ,with (33.3%)mentioning more than 10 years, 26...

Strengthening citizens participation in health and education sector in Bweyale town council and Mutunda sub-county. MICOD with funding from USAID/UK GAPP is conducting a baseline survey to guide the project implementation in Mutunda sub county and Bweyale town council. and this is taking place from 19th to 21st February 2018. the general public of Kiryandongo district is called upon to respond positively toward the cause.
